The 71st British Academy Film Awards were held last night at the Royal Albert Hall. We take a look at all the winners and losers.
Hosted by Joanna Lumley, there were few upsets among the main winners, which is no surprise as the Baftas is generally a decidedly tame British affair. The main talking point came from stars wearing black in support of the Time’s Up and Me Too campaigns, a movement that was also embraced at the 74th Golden Globes in January.
The biggest winner of the night was Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, which bagged 5 Baftas, including Best Film, Outstanding British Film and Leading Actress for Frances McDormand.
